Agents and chat on our models are billed by usage on the monthly Pro invoice, or earlier once unpaid usage reaches 20 USD (10 USD for new accounts). You set your own limit (20 USD a month by default) and we warn you at 80 %.

Frequently asked questions
What stays free? +
Everything that runs on your device and costs us nothing: the editor, unlimited vaults and notes, encryption, attachments, semantic search and AI chat with your own key on the desktop. Your notes are your files in your own cloud and we will never lock you out of them.
How do I pay for AI? +
The subscription pays for access; AI is paid by usage. Agents and chat on our models add up on the monthly Pro invoice, or are charged earlier once unpaid usage reaches 20 USD (10 USD for new accounts). You set a monthly limit in your account, 20 USD by default. Chat with your own key you pay to your provider directly.
Can I cancel any time? +
Yes, with one click in your account on the web. Pro stays until the end of the paid period, and your notes stay yours. Within 14 days of your first subscription you can withdraw and we refund the full amount you paid; AI you have already used cannot be refunded.
How do students and teachers get the discount? +
With a verified school e-mail, 50 % off for 12 months applies by itself when you subscribe. Otherwise ask for it in your account and we send you a personal code.
Is VAT included? +
No. Prices exclude VAT and are charged in USD (roughly 12 USD ≈ 10 EUR ≈ 250 CZK). VAT is added at checkout by your country, and you see the final price before you pay. Companies with a valid VAT ID enter it there too.
When is Business coming? +
We are working on it. If you want licenses for a team, write to us and we will get back to you when it is ready.
